About the Role

We are looking for a continuous improvement project leader who will coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that optimize our processes and generate significant savings.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects by coordinating cross-functional teams for the execution of initiatives.
• Identify and develop improvement opportunities for process optimization.
• Follow up on root cause analysis, 8D methodologies, and Ishikawa diagrams.
• Drive and follow up on Kaizen projects and savings initiatives for CEVA and the client.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops.
• Manage indicators and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in continuous improvement projects within the logistics sector.

Required Skills

• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma, Kanban, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Knowledge of FMEA, statistical process control, time and motion studies.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
