Adecco's client, a recognized company in its industry, is looking for a Contentious Manager to lead and structure all activities related to recovery and litigation management. Responsibilities - Supervise the contentious team and coordinate amicable and judicial recovery actions. - Define and implement the company's contentious strategy. - Ensure the follow-up of judicial procedures in connection with external counsel. - Analyze the risks and opportunities associated with the company's contentious situation.
