Content Strategist (m/w/d) E-Commerce

**ÜBER NEOLYMP** **Neolymp is a fitness brand from Berlin, developed high-quality fitness products - from climbing bars to fitness bands and walking pads. We sell our products successfully on Amazon and through our own online shop. As a rapidly growing e-commerce brand, we continuously develop our processes and build internal competencies. A special focus lies on building our in-house graphic department and developing modern, AI-supported creative processes. As **Content Strategist (m/w/d) E-Commerce**, you will take on a central role in further developing our customer journey. You will develop data-based content strategies, optimize landing pages and funnels, and ensure that our products reach their full potential with convincing contents. In doing so, you will work closely with marketing, graphics, and e-commerce together and contribute significantly to the growth of our brand. **Aufgaben**

DEINE AUFGABEN

• Creative Strategy & Konzeptentwicklung: You develop creative concepts that perfectly connect target group, brand values, and funnel goals. You build scalable frameworks like hook libraries and modular ad structures.
• Content- und Copyproduktion: You steer the implementation of statics and videos, are briefing partner for UGC, design & media buying, and bring your expertise to brainstormings. Quality, consistency, and meta-compliance are self-evident for you.
• Performance-Analyse & Optimierung: You analyze campaign data (e.g., CTR, ROAS & Co.), lead concrete measures, and build systematically tests (A/B, multivariate) for continuous improvement.
• Teamwork: You are a sparring partner on eye level, moderate strategy calls, present learnings, and work closely with performance, design & UGC together.
• Innovation & Weiterentwicklung: You observe current trends, recognize new opportunities in the creative field, and bring actively innovative ideas, formats or frameworks. In doing so, you support the continuous development of our creative strategies and contribute to improving internal standards.

**Qualifikation**

DAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN

• Ausbildung & Studium: A study in marketing, communication, media design, business administration or a similar field would be super. Alternatively, you bring comparable practical experience in the creative or digital environment.
• Erfahrung: You have ideally at least 2-4 years of experience in developing and implementing creative performance campaigns, preferably in the D2C or e-commerce sector.
• Kreativität & Kommunikation: You think strategically and creatively, can understand complex brand & audience insights and derive effective creative strategies from them. At the same time, you bring a secure sense of language and communicate clearly with customers and in the team.
• Copywriting: You write hooks and scripts that sell and can adapt to the language of our target group like a chameleon.
• Analytisches Denken & Testing: You are familiar with analyzing campaign data and have experience with A/B tests or similar methods to optimize creatives based on data.
• Teamfähigkeit & Schnittstellenkompetenz: You work closely with media buying, design, project management, and customers together and ensure a smooth information flow.
