Content Strategist (Founder’s Office)

We are a diversified capital markets institution with a legacy built on relationships and results. As we enter our next chapter, we are investing in the power of founder-led storytelling. We are looking for a ghost-writer/content strategist who will work directly with our founders, shadowing them in meetings, boardrooms, and conversations with some of the most influential companies and entrepreneurs in India. Your job is to absorb what you witness, draw out the stories that lie beneath the surface, and craft compelling narratives that showcase their vision, values, and achievements. This role requires a deep understanding of our founders’ personalities, motivations, and goals, as well as exceptional writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for developing content strategies that align with our brand identity and messaging, working closely with the founders to create engaging stories that resonate with our target audience. Your work will involve conducting research, interviewing key stakeholders, and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the curve. In addition, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop a content calendar, write blog posts, articles, and social media content, and assist in the development of multimedia presentations, such as videos and podcasts.
