Content & Social Media Employee (m/f/d)

Japanese Microbrands – Mario Lenke is a specialized watch company with a stationary shop and a strong focus on high-quality content on YouTube and Instagram. We tell real product stories, regularly produce videos, and continuously develop our online shop. Behind the company is Mario Lenke, one of the most reach-strong watch YouTubers in the German-speaking world.

Responsibilities

– Video production for YouTube (longform) as well as Reels/Shorts (camera, lighting, sound, set handling)
– Post-production: editing, basic color grading, audio, subtitles, export in 9:16 and 16:9
– Creation of YouTube thumbnails and simple graphics/visuals
– Photo editing (product images, social assets) and organization of media/assets
– Creative topic finding, hook/story ideas, support with scripts and structure
– Content publishing and channel maintenance (YouTube/Instagram) as well as format optimization
– Collaboration in e-commerce: Shopify maintenance (products, images, simple page content), support with campaigns
– Optional depending on knowledge: support with Google Ads / Meta advertising and simple reporting
– Collaboration in everyday shop operations as needed: customer contact, consulting, incoming goods, shipping

Qualifications

– Practical experience in video shooting and/or video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut – tool secondary)
– Confident feel for timing, storytelling and visual language, including clean implementation of 9:16 content
– Independent, reliable way of working; you get involved and think along
– Interest in watches and desire to learn professionally
– Advantageous (not mandatory): experience with Shopify, YouTube Analytics/Instagram Insights, Google Ads/Meta Ads
