Then join us on board and shape as Content Marketing Manager:in the expansion of the 6-Minuten-Journals® actively! You will lead a small team, develop contents with impact, and not only drive our growth but also your personal.

Aufgaben

• Schnittstelle zur CCO: You work closely with our CCO (Co-Founder) together to operationalize our content vision. You lead a small team of internal and external colleagues, prioritize tasks, coordinate workflows, and ensure that we implement projects efficiently, creatively, and on time.
• Storytelling mit Impact: You set our content strategy in motion effectively and orchestrate the various channels – from Social Media over E-Mail-Marketing to editorial platforms. You ensure that our brand speaks the same language everywhere.
• Content Creation: Together with the Content Team, you ensure high-quality content – always with a sense of tone, target group, brand, and relevance. If necessary, you write or edit operative contents yourself.
• Social Media Growth & Channel Development: You lift our Social-Media-Kanäle to the next level, develop clear growth strategies, and unlock new platforms for the brand.
• Kampagnensteuerung: In close coordination with the Performance Team, you develop and coordinate content-side channel-agnostic campaigns – whether Salespush, Funnelaufbau or Customer Journey.
• Performance & Optimierung: You analyze which contents generate resonance, derive concrete measures from it, and work closely with the Performance Team to increase reach, engagement, and conversion deliberately.

Qualifikation

• Social Media Expertise: You have successfully built or significantly expanded an Instagram channel and master both editorial planning and community management.
• Kreativer Kopf mit Struktur: You combine creative ideas with analytical thinking and work organized, solution-oriented, and with a clear view of the bigger picture. You keep priorities in mind, coordinate tasks, and motivate your surroundings.
• Markenverständnis & Content-Sense: You understand what makes a brand special and have a fine sense for how tone, storytelling, and visual language work together. You can assess content clearly and know how to steer editorial contents (e.g., Social Content, Newsletter, Blog articles) target-group-relevant.
• Digital Native: You are familiar with current content trends, know how platforms tick, use tools sovereignly, and are interested in new technologies – especially AI – as creative support in your daily work.
• Kommunikationsstärke & Teamspirit: You communicate openly, solution-oriented, and with joy about shared successes. You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and negotiation-safe English in writing and speaking.
