Content & Social Media Manager (m/f/d) - Startup AI Healthcare - Hybrid

Tasks

• Development and implementation of a holistic content and marketing strategy along the entire customer journey
• Conception, creation, and distribution of content for our social media channels (especially LinkedIn, Instagram) including editorial planning
• Building and maintaining an active community as well as managing community engagement
• Creation of content for blog, website, newsletter, white papers, and case studies
• Further development of our brand communication and our tone of voice across all channels
• Collaboration in lead generation to align content and campaigns
• Analysis and evaluation of content and social media performance as well as derivation of optimization measures
• Monitoring of trends in content and social media marketing as well as introduction of new formats and ideas

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in content creation, social media, or marketing strategy
• Strong sense for language, storytelling, and target group-oriented communication
• Experience with social media and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Buffer/Hootsuite) is an advantage
• Creativity, organizational talent, and a good sense for current trends
• Independent working style, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Strong AI affinity
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
