We are Ecom Brands, an innovative e-commerce start-up with its headquarters in the heart of Hamburg. We operate fünf Fashion-, Rucksack- und Taschenmarken in the lifestyle segment and market these through international online marketplaces, our own online shops, and stationary retail. One of our most successful labels is the backpack and clothing brand Johnny Urban.

Together with a colleague, you bring our brands to life on Instagram, TikTok & Co. Whether creative content ideas, storytelling, campaigns or current social trends, you develop concepts, implement them hands-on, test new formats and continuously develop our channels.

Aufgaben

• You monitor trends, platform developments, and new content formats, translate these into our brand world, and develop creative content concepts that you implement independently.
• You are responsible for the content development of our channels and ensure that content, tone, and visual language are consistent with the brand.
• You plan, produce, and edit image and video content for Instagram & TikTok, both behind and in front of the camera.
• You proactively participate in our editorial planning and react flexibly to short-term changes or viral trends.
• You analyze regular KPIs to support the growth of our channels and identify successful content.
• You coordinate influencer marketing to expand our reach and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifikation

• You already have experience in social media, content creation, or brand communication – ideally in the fashion-, lifestyle- or DTC-field.
• You are sovereign in handling social media KPIs, community management, content production, and influencer relations and can also master stressful launch phases calmly.
• You have a good eye for aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling.
• You work creatively, independently, and hands-on, and implement ideas quickly and practically.
• You are proficient in creating image, text, and video content and can both produce yourself and evaluate the quality of others' work.
