Content & Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a creative and performance-oriented person as Content & Social Media Manager (m/w/d) in full-time – with a focus on lead generation and conversion increase.

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of sales-oriented content strategies for social media
• Creation of target group-relevant contents for students, interested parties, and international applicants
• Steering and optimization of our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok & YouTube)
• Editorial planning, community management, and KPI-based reporting
• Closely working with our performance marketing, design, and admissions team
• Development of contents for landing pages and digital campaigns
• Use of AI tools to support text, image concepts, and content optimization
• Identification of content potential along the digital customer journey

Your profile:

• Degree in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in content marketing or social media with a sales focus
• Text security in German and English – convincing, clear, goal-oriented
• Experience working with social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
• Experience in cooperation with performance marketing (e.g. SEO/SEA)
• Basic knowledge of CMS systems as well as basic understanding for conversion-optimized content
• Interest or experience using AI-based tools (text creation, image ideas, analysis)
• Independent, structured and proactive working style with a strong focus on goals
