Content Production Project Manager

Serviceplan Italy is looking for a Content Production Project Manager to take full ownership of content production for a strategic international client . This is a senior operational leadership role within the client project . The mission is simple but critical: turn creative ideas into high-quality, scalable content delivered on time, on budget, and across all channels and markets . The Role As Content Production Project Manager, you are responsible for how content gets produced and delivered . You will manage the entire production process, from briefing and budgeting to delivery and performance analysis . You'll work closely with creative teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution . Responsibilities * Manage and oversee the end-to-end content production process, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation * Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget * Collaborate with creative teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors to define project scope, deliverables, and requirements * Manage and coordinate all aspects of content production, including video, photography, social media assets, and other content formats * Oversee the quality control of all content, ensuring it meets the client's standards and brand guidelines * Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the production process * Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders * Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage vendor relationships * Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content production . Qualifications * Proven experience in content production management, with a strong understanding of video, photography, and social media production processes * Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders * Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills * Strong budgeting and financial management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with international clients and markets is a plus * Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken .
