As a Content Producer (m/w/d), you are responsible for producing and editing video content that makes our brand visible on social media and beyond. You bring raw material into a form that makes people want to watch, stay, and share.

Aufgaben

• Videoproduktion & Schnitt – Independent creation, editing, and post-production of video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) using Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar tools
• Content-Ideen & Storytelling – Development of formats and video concepts that fit our brand and generate reach and engagement
• Event-Marketing – Accompaniment of trade shows & offline events with content production and live reporting
• Bild- & Grafikelemente – Support in simple image editing and graphics for thumbnails, covers & marketing materials (Photoshop, Canva or similar)
• Zusammenarbeit im Team – Close coordination with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign planning

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in video editing (portfolio or showreel an asset)
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
• Knowledge of animation & motion graphics (e.g. title animations, lower thirds, small explanatory/animation videos) an asset
• Sense for social media formats and current trends (short-form video, reels, storytelling)
• Knowledge in image editing/graphic design (Photoshop, Canva) an asset, but not a must-have
• Self-motivated & structured work style – you have your projects under control
• Residence in Berlin or Hamburg with travel readiness (1 day home office possible)
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
