Content Producer / Video Editor (W/M/D)

We are looking for a Content Producer/Video Editor for our Performance-Marketing Team. You will work closely with our Creative Strategist and Ads Creator to excite people for our balanced and high-quality meals. A job with real impact!

You will do

• Execution of filming for new concepts based on briefings from the Performance Team
• Post-production of our Video- and Static-Ads (for Social Media) based on briefings from the Creative Strategist
• Reuse and re-edit existing raw materials for new concepts (Cutdowns, Re-Edits, Reframing, Format-Optimization)
• Active participation in analyzing the performance of our content as well as relevant KPIs for continuous optimization
• Implementation of Motion-Graphics-Elements (Title animations, Overlays, typographic animations)
• Ensuring a uniform visual brand identity in all creatives
• Adaptation of contents to various advertising platforms (Meta, YouTube, Display) including format, hook, text length, pace & platform trends
• Closely working with the Creative- & Marketing Team to plan and evaluate data-based creative tests

You will bring

• Multiple years of experience in producing and post-producing video content, ideally for Social-Media-Ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube). ⚠️ Please send us your portfolio ⚠️
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects (especially Color Grading)
• Experience with additional tools like CapCut, Canva is a plus
• Creative sense for storytelling, scene building, hook optimization, and dynamic cuts
• Knowledge in typography, layout, motion design, and visual brand guidance
• Knowledge in sound design (e.g. mixing, simple sound effects, music placement)
• Safe handling of various video formats, export settings, and technical workflow
• Fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
