• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience/background in content moderation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in dealing with people via text, written word, or emails.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in managing online platforms.
• Willing and able to work US hours.
