Content & Marketing Manager E-Commerce (m/w/d)

„Dein Möbelproblem.Gelöst!“ We are LouMaxx – a brand for furniture fasteners:
Doorstops, hinges, furniture feet and everything that holds furniture together. Most of our sales take place on Amazon, across Europe, and we belong to the top 500 sellers in Germany. Behind the brand stand five people. Short paths, clear statements, no conglomerate. Our products are functional and honest – and exactly so do we work: helpful, reliable, concrete.

Aufgaben

At us, the picture decides. On Amazon, the main image is clicked – or not. The product page sells – or not. Exactly that's your playground:

• You develop the visual concepts for our listings: main images that are clicked, and A+ content that convinces. You optimize for click rate and conversion, not for taste.
• You brief our design agency and finalize the results yourself in Photoshop. You don't have to build every image from scratch, but you need the eye and hand to finish it.
• You set KI tools everywhere where they speed up or improve the process.
• You play not only on Amazon, but also on several marketplaces.

And then there's the second part: building what doesn't exist yet.

• You build additional channels besides the marketplaces with: Social Media, Newsletter and our own shop. Here is still little – you shape from the beginning on, instead of just managing.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Content or Marketing – preferably with reference to marketplaces and Social Media.
• Safe handling of Adobe (especially Photoshop), Canva and common KI tools.
• A good eye for visual quality and a feeling for what clicks and sells.
• Hands-on mentality. With five people, there's no pure strategist role – you set yourself up.
• Amazon experience is a plus, but not a must.
