You live abroad, work remotely, and can get to the point?

We are ZWW Germany – we connect SMEs, agencies, and consultants with state-funded programs, of which hardly anyone knows. Our team is growing, and we are looking for someone who will support us from abroad.

Tasks

• You plan and coordinate our content calendar – structured, forward-thinking, and reliable.
• You prepare webinars – from the agenda to the finished presentation.
• You create newsletters and prepare mailings – clear, convincing, and to the point.
• You write and structure blog articles that are actually read.
• You create Instagram posts and social media content that fits the target group.
• You build presentations in PowerPoint that look professional and convince.
• You have an eye for design and know when something looks good – and when not.
• You work closely with the founding team and implement ideas quickly and neatly.

Qualification

• You write excellent German – error-free, stylish, and with a feel for the target group.
• You have experience in content marketing, editing, or a similar role.
• PowerPoint and graphic tools are no problem for you – you know how to make good slides.
• You work structured, independently, and keep deadlines.
• You have a sense of what matters to SMEs, agencies, and consultants.
• You actively use KI tools to work faster and smarter.
• You prefer the European time zone – but it's not a must.
