Content Manager (m/w/d)

We are building a new brand in the context of AI-native film and content production.

AI is not just a tool trend, but a new medium that changes production logics, workflows, and communication.

We develop hybrid productions, full-AI projects, and scalable content pipelines and make these realities visible.

To achieve this, we are looking for a Content Manager who will strategically build up our AI channels, lead the editorial process, and implement operations.

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for building, structuring, and continuously populating our owned media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter).

You will work closely with Creative AI Producers, Directors, Inhouse Teams, and Freelancers and move seamlessly between strategy, editorial, and operational implementation.

You are able to execute small content pieces yourself and understand how AI tools can be used meaningfully, controlled, and professionally integrated into content workflows.

You think in formats, series, and clear communication levels rather than individual posts.

Aufgaben

• Strategic build-up and editorial guidance of our AI channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter)

• Development and further development of content formats (e.g. Client Cases, AI Spec Ads, Behind the Scenes, POVs, Owned Formats)

• Planning, organization, and coordination of content productions with Inhouse Team and external Freelancers

• Close coordination with Creative AI Producers and Directors to translate productions into communicable contents

• Copywriting in German and English for all channels

• Ensuring consistent brand tone across all touchpoints

• Independent execution of smaller editing and design tasks (e.g. simple video cuts, social snippets, typo slides, image processing in Photoshop)

• Editorial preparation of complex topics around AI, production, and new workflows – clear, concise, not nerdy

• Active use of AI tools in the editorial and visual workflow, e.g., for ideation, variant generation, and text or image development

• Build-up and maintenance of editorial plans, timings, and production overviews

• Quality control of all contents in tone, style, and statement

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• Experience in content management, editing, or brand communication (agency, production, or brand side)

• Very good language feeling and secure text competence in German and English

• Experience in editing simple video formats for social media

• Secure handling of Photoshop for smaller design and image processing tasks

• Enthusiasm and experience working with AI tools for content and media production

• Prompting savvy and a good sense of how to use AI deliberately, reproducibly, and with clear intent

• Understanding of moving images, visual communication, and production processes

• Ability to think strategically and implement operations simultaneously

• Organizational strength and overview in parallel formats and timelines

• Self-responsible, structured work style
