Content Manager (m/w/d) - B2C Focus

Your Tasks:

• You create and optimize target-group-specific texts for our websites, ads, social media, newsletters, events, and press releases.

• You develop editorial plans based on search volume, customer journey, and relevance for the target group.

• You are always up-to-date and informed about all important developments within the company and in the target group.

• You advise at all levels on text-related questions and help achieve a uniform and fitting tone.

• You identify proactive ideas for improving websites, their visibility, and user experience.

• You develop the content strategy and channel-specific social media strategy further in collaboration with the team.

• You build on our social media presence (analysis, planning, and implementation) and develop formats for greater reach & engagement.

• You analyze the performance of the content (SEO, social media) and lead in collaboration with the team to take appropriate measures.

• You have fun conducting interviews and surveys to use them for authentic storytelling.

• You conduct benchmarking, trend, and competitor observation.

Your Profile:

• You have a degree in communication, journalism, media, language or marketing or a comparable qualification.

• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in creating target-group-specific texts in the digital environment.

• You possess excellent writing and editing skills as well as a keen sense for language, tone, and details.

• You are proficient in both long formats like blog articles, product texts or press releases as well as short content like social posts or ads.

• You have practical experience in dealing with content management systems and in search engine and user-centered optimization of websites.

• You are passionate about social media and use storytelling to position your brand and themes.

• You know platforms like Meta (FB, IG), TikTok, YouTube, and ideally familiar with common social media tools.

• You work structured, independently, and bring a hands-on mentality.

• You are communicative, team-oriented, and assertive, even in cross-departmental collaboration.

• You write and speak German at a native level; good English skills are a plus.
