What you can expect:

• Multichannel -Content in various formats : Planning, creation, and control of content for website, Instagram, WhatsApp & Podcast
• SEO-Content & Data Analysis :
  • Evaluation of data from Google Search Console and relevant SEO tools
  • Keyword Research, Sentiment Analysis, and competitor analysis
  • Deduction of content opportunities and optimization potential
• Content Quality : Writing new articles, guides, newsletters, and social media formats including editing and image editing
• Optimization of existing content (SEO, structure, readability, user guidance)
• Use of modern tools & AI : Support in research, idea generation, data analysis, and efficient workflows
• Collaboration on various content formats (concept, script, briefing, coordination)
• Agile working with Jira and interdisciplinary teams

What you bring:

• A completed degree in the field of healthcare, nursing science, journalism, communication/media science or a comparable editorial training or similar
• Professional experience in Content Management, Online Editing, or Social Media
• Solid SEO foundation knowledge and enthusiasm for data-driven work
• First-hand experience with Google Search Console, the Google Stack, or keyword tools
• Pleasure in reading and interpreting data; analytical thinking
• Understanding of digital content strategies and target-group-oriented formats
• Routine in handling Content Management Systems (ideally WordPress or Storyblok)
• Fine attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and a structured, self-responsible working style
• Perfect German language skills at native speaker level
