Content Manager (m/w/d)

We are a growing online marketing agency with a focus on sustainable visibility. For us, content means more than just keywords: it must convince people, understand search engines, and be findable and citable in AI systems.

This is where you come in. To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) with a focus on content to join us on-site at Leer.

Tasks

• Planning, creation, and optimization of content along the entire customer journey
• Development and implementation of SEO content strategies
• Optimization of contents for GEO and Local SEO (e.g. Google Business Profile, local landing pages)
• BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE OF CONTENT WITH A VIEW TO AI VISIBLENESS
• Analysis of search intentions, theme clusters, and entities
• Collaboration with SEO, Performance, Design & AI tools
• Monitoring of rankings, visibility, and content performance

Qualification

• Experience in content management, SEO or online editing
• Very good language feeling and structured, user-centered writing style
• Safe handling of SEO basics (keyword research, on-page, internal linking)
• Interest in AI-supported content creation and optimization (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.)
• Basic understanding of Local SEO / GEO optimization
• Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for new visibility channels
• Independent, structured work style
