Content Management Administrator @ HSBC Technology Poland

What you need to have to succeed in this role Experience and knowledge of delivering digital best practice in areas such as content management, e-commerce, content strategy, web analytics, SEO, SEM, optimisation, accessibility, and UX/UI. Experience of working with web publishing tools, content management systems (specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is essential) and project management tools (Jira/Confluence or similar). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience of working in an iterative development process. Experience of working in a global team and collaborating with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
