Content Lead (m/w/d) - Social Media

Dreamlight Experiences is an event organizer focused on its own high-quality live formats.

We develop and produce a wide range of events – including:

• Kids' concerts and interactive participation events
• High-quality concert formats (e.g. Anime, Gaming, Crossover)
• True-Crime nights and immersive story formats
• History nights and new show concepts
• Festivals and other event formats

Our claim is to create events that stand out from classical events – in terms of quality, atmosphere, and overall experience.

Aufgaben

We are looking for someone who builds, steers, and further develops our organic content strategy.

You will work closely with the founder and gradually take over responsibility for the entire content area.

Aufgaben

• Analyzing and optimizing short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Developing new content formats for different event categories
• Evaluating hooks, retention, and performance
• Planning, testing, and iterating on content
• Steering and collaborating with: UGC creators, content creators/influencers, videographers, and editors
• Briefing and commissioning external creatives (e.g. cutters, designers)
• Building clear content structures and workflows

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• 2–3+ years of experience in the field of Social Media/Short-Form Content
• Practical experience in creating or steering content
• Very good understanding of: hooks (first seconds of a video), retention/watchtime, viral mechanisms in organic content
• Able to quickly evaluate content and make decisions
• Experience or interest in collaborating with creators/influencers
• Structured, independent working style
• High speed in implementation
• You think in formats, not individual posts
• You can play multiple theme worlds simultaneously (Anime, Crime, Kids etc.)
• You combine performance thinking with a clear quality claim
• You take responsibility and make decisions

• Social Media Manager without content understanding
• Focus on planning without implementation
• Perfectionism without speed
