Content Lead from Brussels

Jobgether is a platform that connects talents with job opportunities through AI-powered matching. One of our clients is currently looking for a Content Lead based in Brussels.

We are seeking a passionate Content Lead who excels at creating high-quality content and distribution strategy. You will be responsible for producing valuable contents and distributing them across our different channels, while animating an engaged community of healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for an operational profile that loves to create as much as make a content come alive, with a clear vision of amplification levers.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-value contents: articles, newsletters, whitepapers, video interviews
• Cocreate webinars and collaborate with sector experts
• Manage and develop social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Pilot email campaigns (newsletters, onboarding, nurturing)
• Establish a content recycling strategy (webinars → videos, posts, etc.)
• Animate an online community and organize events for practitioners
• Identify, activate, and track strategic partnerships and KOLs
• Monitor and analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, leads)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content marketing, agency, startup, or media
• Solid experience in multichannel strategy: SEO, newsletters, social media, webinars
• Excellent writing skills, ability to synthesize, comfortable with different editorial formats
• Mastery of Canva or Adobe, and visual coding for digital
• In-depth knowledge of social media usage
• Able to track KPIs and adjust actions accordingly
• Comfortable speaking at webinars or conducting interviews
• Bonus points for experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to accelerate production
• Autonomy, rigor, creativity, and taste for test & learn
• Interest in integrative health (a plus, but not required)
• Languages: French and English required
• Prior experience in a startup/scaleup is required.
