Content & Growth Marketing (B2B) (m/w/d)

We are looking for interns who are eager, implement things, and at the same time understand content: short, clear, helpful. You will help us build the ITSB brand – with content that creates trust and brings leads.

Whether it's consulting, marketing, or sales – you'll be working on real cases and building skills that will actually benefit you after the internship.

Tasks

• Creation and planning of LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, short scripts)
• Assistance with landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets (e.g. quick-checks, checklists)
• Support for newsletter campaigns (Brevo) and small automations
• Content repurposing: from 1 topic to 5 formats (post, reel script, blog, FAQ, email)
• Analysis: Which content performs – and why?

Qualification

• You work structured, reliably, and can meet deadlines
• You are content-affine and can formulate well (clear, not complicated)
• Bonus: Canva, CapCut, WordPress/Elementor, Brevo, SEO basics
