Content & Event Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Lead generation is the goal of our entire marketing team, regardless of individual roles. You understand this connection and align your work with this exact goal, making SCS visible to our target audience and ensuring that qualified leads are generated for our sales team.
• You know exactly how and where to reach our target audience, especially on LinkedIn, and develop content tailored to the target audience instead of content for content's sake.
• You know exactly how and where to reach our markets, and develop numerous content for different buying personas, be it articles, ads, imagery, or video. No content for content's sake.
• You plan and organize our trade fair appearances from A to Z, from stand conception to on-site execution.
• You keep an eye on the performance of your content and channels, proactively question what truly resonates, and consistently optimize based on this.

Qualifications

• You already have 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, and you are really familiar with LinkedIn as a channel and content creation tools.
• You consistently think from the perspective of the target audience, and make your content decisions based on data, internal alignment, and sales insights.
• You have experience in event management and are also willing to pitch in on-site at trade fairs.
• You are proactive, take on topics independently, and question existing approaches instead of simply repeating them.
• You are willing to travel for trade fairs and events.
