CREABLO GmbH is an up-and-coming German manufacturing company with its headquarters in Hamburg. Our focus lies on the assembly of container facilities and the coordination of construction sites - we're deeply rooted in the construction industry.

Tasks

- You'll build our social media presence (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) from scratch - content-wise and visually, with two goals: recruiting new employees and expanding our B2B presence in the construction industry

- Develop content ideas and implement them in posts, short videos, and stories

- Create a editorial plan, maintain it, and schedule and publish postings independently

- Occasional on-site appointments at construction sites (nationwide) for authentic image and video material

- Community management: keep an eye on comments and messages and respond to them

- Close exchange with the team regarding topics, dates, and current construction sites

Qualification

- Enrolled student in a degree program (Online) Marketing, Media Management, Communication, Business Administration or comparable

- Experience with social media and enjoyment of creating content

- Sense for visual language, texts, and current social media formats (e.g., Reels, Stories, LinkedIn posts)

- Independent, structured work style

- Comfortable handling smartphone camera and simple editing apps (e.g. CapCut)

- Desire to shape a presence rather than just manage it
