We at Inkster write Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Motivation and Fun big! As a 10-member team of Digital Natives and our unique 2-week Tattoo on Fruchtbasis, we started in June 2021 and within a few months became the leading Love-Brand in Europe. Today, we sell our products in six international markets and work daily to further develop Inkster as a modern Love-Brand.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Content Creator/in.

You love Social Media, creative storytelling, and the creation of content that inspires people? You spend time on Instagram, TikTok & Co., recognize trends early, and have fun shaping a rapidly growing E-Commerce brand actively? Then we're looking exactly for you to join our team in Hamburg.

You will be an important part of our team as a Content Creator/in and actively shape the visual presence of Inkster on our Social Media channels. From planning to production, including content analysis, you take responsibility and bring your own ideas. Together, we develop creative concepts, produce high-quality content, and further develop Inkster as an international brand. We're looking forward to you.

Aufgaben

• You create independent content for our Social Media channels – from planning to filming and photography to publication.
• You photograph and film our natural 2-week tattoos for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels – both in spontaneous situations and planned shootings.
• You create creative Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other Social Media formats using Instagram, Canva, and video editing tools like CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
• You set briefings independently and develop your own ideas for performant and trend-oriented content.
• You analyze the performance of your content and lead to optimization potential for future contributions.
• You work closely with our Creative Strategist and supports in implementing creative campaigns.
• You observe current Social Media trends, creator formats, and platform developments and bring new impulses actively into the company.

Qualifikation

• You study Media, Marketing, Communication or a comparable field – or convince us simply through your talent and experience.
• You know the requirements and peculiarities of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other Social Media channels.
• You use Social Media not only privately but also actively engage with trends, creator formats, and successful content.
• You have first-hand experiences in photo-, video- or content production.
• You are familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram, or Final Cut Pro.
• You understand the differences between UGC, organic content, and performance-oriented video ads.
• You work independently, reliably, and bring a high level of initiative.
• You have a good sense for current trends, visual design, and digital storytelling.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• You can ideally start quickly.
