Content Creator (Werkstudent:in / Minijob, m/w/d)

We are the Lokalhelden Marketing GmbH. We make local advertising and build strong Social-Media-Markets in the region. To our portfolio belongs @stuttgartermeme, the largest 0711-community on Instagram with over 190,000 followers.

We are looking for reinforcement in content production for @stuttgartermeme. No coffee-running, no intern nonsense, but building memes, reels and carousels that really work in Stuttgart. You will work in our creative office in the Tübinger Straße, together with other creative teams (including Endgame Entertainment), and can exchange professionally and creatively.

Aufgaben

• You produce content for stuttgartermeme: memes, reels, stories and carousels
• You develop independent ideas, implement them and deliver post-ready results
• The goal is a constant output. At full capacity (near 20 hours/week), the target is 10 post-ready contents per week
• You can set up simple video edits (e.g., for reels), cutting is not a high-end film project, but you should master basics
• You work closely with the team and implement feedback quickly

Qualifikation

• You understand internet- and meme-culture and can build contents that are relevant for Stuttgart

• You can work safely with Canva and have experience with a cutting tool (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or Final Cut)

• You work independently, reliably and implement things really to the end

• Studium is a plus (e.g., HdM direction Content, Communication, Marketing), but not a must if your skills match

• You are ideally regularly in the office in Stuttgart. Remote work is possible, even for longer periods, as long as output and coordination function smoothly. If you want to work from abroad, this must be coordinated beforehand to ensure organizational and formal compatibility

• On-camera is optional. If you have a desire to appear on camera, that's a big plus point, but not a requirement
