Content Creator (Video & Grafik) in Horse Racing (m/w/d)

The German Tote Service- and Beteiligungs GmbH is a subsidiary of the largest European betting provider, PMU (Pari Mutuel Urbain), and jointly owned by the German Galopp-Rennvereine. Under the brand WETTSTAR, we facilitate bets for gallop and trot races worldwide.

If you love horse racing, you bet with WETTSTAR – on racetracks, in our betting offices, online through wettstar-pferdewetten or via our app. Because with every bet at WETTSTAR, our customers actively support German horse racing.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Content Creator (m/w/d) with focuses on Social Media and Online Marketing, who loves to bring our brand visually to life and shape Social Media and customer communication not only beautifully but also effectively.

Aufgaben

• Production of videos and graphics for stories and postings on our Social-Media channels according to CD guidelines
• Self-contained Social Media postings
• Occasional visits and postings from racing days, including weekends, against time compensation
• Codirection of a editorial plan for Social Media
• Maintenance of our Social-Media channels: comments, messages, etc.
• Further development and optimization of our online CDs
• Development of banners and sliders for our websites, customer mailings, our app, and our shop (using the common Adobe graphics programs)
• Creation of layouts/mocks for our websites and app
• Sometimes support in designing our branding on racetracks

Qualifikation

• Degree in Graphic-, Media- or Communication Design or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of the most important Social-Media channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and possibly Twitch
• Knowledge in video production and editing
• Knowledge of common Adobe graphics programs and the design program Canva
• Readiness for deployments on weekends and holidays and outside regular working hours with corresponding compensation
• Creativity, structured work style, and ability to quickly grasp topics and implement them goal-oriented
• Communication strength, self-responsibility, and enjoyment in developing our brand and business further in a team
• Interest in horse racing and/or equestrian sports
• Prior knowledge of horse racing is an advantage
• Languages: German (C2-level) and English (at least C1-level)
• At least 2 years of professional experience
