We are neaSOL, a young, growing company in the field of photovoltaics. We build photovoltaic systems – clean, fast and at the highest technical level. And that's not just said: From GoodWe, one of the leading manufacturers worldwide, we were awarded as digital fastest company of the manufacturer.

In the past, our content came from external service providers. Now we're bringing production in-house – and for that, we need you. As a Content Creator / Video Editor, you'll be the creative engine behind our Reels and Ads: You develop ideas, shoot them and edit them so they deliver on Social Media and in our campaigns. With us, you're not just a cog in the machine, but part of a family-like, dynamic team that quickly implements.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• You develop content ideas and hooks that work on Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• You plan, shoot and produce Reels and Ad-Videos – always up to date with trends and formats
• You take over the edit including subtitles, sound design and simple animations
• You produce creatives specifically for our performance campaigns and deliver regular fresh material
• You capture our installations, construction sites and team authentically – from raw material to finished clip
• You work closely with the Performance Team together and lead out new creative approaches based on their data

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Experience in creating Social-Media-Content, ideally with a focus on Reels / Short-Form-Video
• Safe handling of editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro [and possibly After Effects]
• Sense for trends, storytelling and fast, attention-grabbing formats
• Independent, creative working style – you set your ideas in motion yourself, rather than waiting for briefings
• A good eye for image, edit and rhythm
• Very good German knowledge

(Nice to have, not a must: Experience in front of the camera, own camera equipment, basic knowledge in graphics/design.)
