About CoStore & Background of the Open Position

CoStore develops and operates modern container parks in Germany. Our customers rent flexible storage spaces for moving, renovating, business, vehicles, or additional space needs. The focus lies on direct access, easy online booking, secure locations, and flexibly cancellable storage solutions.

In addition to our own parks, we are building a partner park model, where property owners and partners work together with CoStore to develop new storage locations.

We now want to strengthen our visibility – locally for new rental customers and strategically for investors, partners, and property owners. To do this, we are looking for support in the areas of Content Creation, Video Editing, and Social Media Storytelling.

Aufgaben

Your Role

We are looking for someone who can independently translate our founder's daily life, the construction of our locations, and the operational reality behind CoStore into short, high-quality videos. The content should not look like classic advertising. It's about genuine insights, clear storylines, and professional short videos that build trust and simultaneously align with our business goals. You will work independently closely with the founders to help develop strong social media content from raw material, location visits, founder meetings, and operational topics.

Your Tasks

• Creation and editing of short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
• Development of clear video storylines from raw material, location shots, and founder daily life
• Incorporation of hooks, voice-over structure, subtitles, text overlays, and simple branding elements
• Presentation of content for two target groups: local customers in Germany and investors and partners in the English-speaking context
• Setup and creation of content ideas, script structure, format variants, and content planning responsibility
• Ad-hoc: Accompaniment of individual shoots at CoStore locations or founder meetings

Qualifikation

What you should bring

Fachlich

• Experience in cutting short-form videos
• Good sense for social media dramaturgy
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and fast communication
• Safe handling of tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar programs
• Experience with subtitles, text overlays, and simple motion elements
• Good eye for image composition, tempo, tone, and story
• Able to develop content from unsorted raw material

• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, real estate, operations or B2B models
• Able to present complex topics simply and understandably
• Understanding that content should not only look good but also support business results
• Sense for serious communication towards customers, investors, and partners
