Content Creator & Social Media Strategist Intern (m/f/d) at Our Greenery

Since 2021, we have been building smart indoor farm systems in Berlin, the Raumgarten and the Raumgarten Pro, for fresh, pesticide-free herbs, microgreens, and young vegetables directly at the point of consumption. Delivery route: reduced from 2,400 km to 2.40 m. In use in gastronomy, companies, health and care, as well as at home, currently in the midst of a D2C market launch.

For this role, we are looking for more than someone who films what's happening: the person who develops their own campaign ideas, implements them, and strategically advances Instagram and Facebook. We don't just sell growing systems; we are changing how people in Germany grow, receive, and perceive fresh food.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement your own campaign ideas around our brand and content pillars (plant world, plugs and pads, setup, growth, harvest, perceived value)

- Photo and video production along our content pillars

- Edit Reels, Stories, and Carousels

- Document showroom events

- Co-design social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook

- Occasionally be in front of the camera if it fits the idea

- Close collaboration within the Growth Marketing team, with on-site guidance at all times

Qualifications

Prior experience is not necessary. A sense for content and trends, willingness to learn, and work ethic are more important.

- Eye for design and trends

- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook: which formats work and how the algorithms tick

- Proficient in Canva as well as photo and video (smartphone is sufficient), CapCut or Premiere Rush

- AI-friendly

- German at a native level, English at least B2 to C1

- Availability on-site in Berlin

- Above all: Desire to learn
