Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

Producer & Roaster Forum (PRF) and Global Coffee Awards (GCA) are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organised Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to lead digital storytelling and community engagement across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands-on content creation, understands multi-format production, and is passionate about the global specialty coffee industry. This is a part-time, permanent and remote position. The role reports directly to the Manager of Marketing & Communications. As Content Creator & Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that showcases our events, awards, and initiatives. Your duties will include: • Developing and curating engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube; • Designing and creating visual elements such as graphics, animations, and infographics to support content; • Collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials; • Monitoring and reporting on social media analytics to inform future content strategies; • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to amplify our brand's reach; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital storytelling.
