Content Creator Social Media - Part-time Job, approx. 10 hours/week

We are Vinolisa - the online shop for Italian enjoyment. With us,
you will find over 300 Italian wines and spirits and a
fine selection of Italian delicacies. Behind it stands a humorous,
Italian family business with strong cohesion.

What we are missing: someone who makes that visible on Instagram
& Co. - behind the camera and in editing. Our owner is primarily in front of the
camera; you turn it into videos. That's why we are looking for you as a Content Creator on a part-time basis -
mostly from home, with 1-2 filming days per month with us in
Delmenhorst.

Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok. Our channels are still small, which is precisely why
we are looking for you: Here you can really shape something instead of managing the finished feed
of a large account.

Tasks

• You shoot short videos (Reels/Shorts) about wine, pasta, antipasti, and Italian culinary culture on 1-2 filming days per month on-site with us. Our owner is primarily in front of the camera, you direct: visual ideas, camera, sound, and guidance
• You edit the videos yourself (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or whatever you prefer to work with) - from home, whenever it suits you
• You plan and publish 2-3 posts per week and keep our feed alive
• You answer comments and messages - friendly, personal, with a factor of enjoyment
• Occasionally you create a simple graphic
• We develop ideas together: We have a large pool of topics and scripts as a starting point, you contribute your feel for trends and formats

Qualifications

• You create content yourself: your own Instagram/TikTok account or example videos that you can show us (this is more important to us than any CV)
• You can film and edit with your smartphone. Hook, subtitles, and editing are not foreign words to you
• You write confident, likeable German (you represent us in comments and DMs)
• You are a person of enjoyment: Food and wine interest you (at least 18 years old - we advertise for wine)
• You live in the vicinity of Delmenhorst / Bremen / Oldenburg and can easily come to us for filming days
• You work independently and reliably - we give you freedom, no micromanagement

Nice to have, but not a must:

• Experience with Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, or planning tools like Buffer
• You also enjoy being in front of the camera yourself - not a must, the main person in the videos is our owner
• Love for Italy or Italian language skills
