Your Tasks

Content Creation

• You develop creative content for our social media channels and website.
• You plan short-term, medium-term, and long-term content strategies to continuously expand our reach and visibility.
• You ensure a uniform brand appearance and strengthen our in-house image with your sense of aesthetics.
• You produce dynamic reels, stories, and videos that authentically showcase our stores, brands, and highlights.
• You regularly photograph, film, and edit high-quality content for our channels.
• You creatively implement new products, actions, and offers together with our stores and brand partners.
• While working closely with store managers and the management team.

Social Media Management

• You actively develop and maintain our social media channels.
• You plan and publish content with a keen sense of trends, timing, and target groups.
• As a community manager, you interact with our community, respond to messages, and strengthen the bond with our followers.
• You conceptualize creative social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and community growth.
• You analyze insights and KPIs, recognize optimization potential, and lead data-based measures.
• Occasionally, you work with regional influencers and creators together.

Your Profile

• You have already gained experience in the field of content creation and social media management.
• You were able to successfully increase reach, follower numbers, and interactions with your ideas and campaigns.
• Fashion, trends, lifestyle, and food fascinate you, and you have a good sense for modern aesthetics.
• You know what kind of content resonates with people and what works on social media.
• You are familiar with photography and videography as well as common editing tools.
• You work creatively, organized, and simultaneously data-driven.
• Eigeninitiative, hands-on mentality, and self-employment belong to you by nature.
