Make club stories visible

Do you feel comfortable on the sports field, enjoy approaching people, and have ideas for videos that people watch until the end? Do you enjoy being in front of the camera yourself and can you film and edit your content independently?

At stickerfive, we develop and produce individual sticker albums for amateur and professional sports, as well as for companies and special themes. With us, club members get their own sticker, fans collect their team, and they trade on the sidelines.

Behind this are stories that we have told far too rarely on social media so far. We therefore want to strategically expand our channels and our reach. For this, we are looking for someone who will advance this area with their own ideas and practical experience.

Your tasks

• Develop and produce content: You implement ideas for Reels, TikToks, and Stories. You accompany your content yourself from concept, through filming, to editing and publication.

• Be in front of the camera: You present our collectible campaigns, conduct short interviews, and give insights into daily life at stickerfive.

• Accompany clubs: You attend photo shoots, sales launches, and swap meets. You capture the atmosphere and talk to the people on site.

• Manage our channels: You develop an editorial plan, publish regularly, and take care of comments and messages.

• Build reach and community: You develop recurring formats and content that people enjoy watching, sharing, and commenting on. You pick up on relevant trends and translate them into ideas for stickerfive.

• Evaluate results: You look at which content is performing well and derive improvements from it. You are interested in, for example, playback duration, shared posts, and the development of our community.

• Organize shoots and content: You coordinate with our clubs, as well as with graphics, project management, and sales. You schedule appointments and ensure you have the necessary information and materials in a timely manner.

What you bring

You have already produced social media content yourself and can show us concrete examples. Whether for a company, a club, or your own channel is secondary. We are interested in what you have implemented yourself and what you have learned from it.

Furthermore, we wish for:

• Interest in sports, especially in amateur and club life. Perhaps you are active in a club yourself or already accompany a team with a camera.

• Enjoyment of speaking in front of the camera and also approaching strangers openly.

• Confident use of a smartphone or camera and editing software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• A feel for good openings, understandable stories, and the right pacing for a video.

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• An independent and reliable way of working. You contribute ideas, organize their implementation, and address open questions or obstacles early on.

• Willingness to film at our partner clubs, usually on weekends.

We do not require a specific apprenticeship or degree. Your work samples and your skills count. You also do not need a large personal following.

Experience with paid advertising is a plus, but not a requirement. Have you already worked with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads and managed campaigns to acquire new interested parties? Then you can bring this experience to us and, depending on your knowledge, also take over campaigns. Your focus will be on content and building our social media channels.

Your scope for creativity

Our social media presence (Facebook & Instagram) is quite weak. We are not yet active on TikTok. Therefore, you can help shape how stickerfive presents itself right from the start.

Perhaps you will accompany a team seeing their own album for the first time. Perhaps you will develop an interview format on the sidelines or show how a team photo becomes a sticker. We are looking for someone who brings such ideas and implements them.

Together, we will set goals and priorities. You will have room to try out new formats and work closely with the people who manage our collection projects.

• Variety between office and sports field: Your workplace is in Gräfelfing near Munich. How often you are actually on-site in Gräfelfing near Munich or working from home depends on your place of residence. For shoots, you will also be out and about at our partner clubs.

• Equipment and flexibility: You will receive a company mobile phone and, if needed, a company laptop. We will coordinate flexible working hours and home office options to suit shoots and team appointments.

• Shared experiences: Whether it's a stadium visit or Oktoberfest, we also do things together outside of our projects.

• Extras in everyday work: Free drinks and coffee, as well as employee discounts, are also included.

Show us what you do

Send us your resume or a brief overview of your career to date, along with work samples. We are particularly interested in videos that you have conceptualized, filmed, or edited yourself. For joint projects, please briefly state which tasks you took on.

At least one of the examples should feature you in front of the camera. If you don't have anything suitable yet, a short introductory video shot with your smartphone will suffice.
