Content Creator / Short-Form-Video-Editor (m/w/d)

We are not a normal fitness studio. For 17 years, KOI Gym in Frankfurt-Seckbach has been an institution in Muay Thai – official performance center, founding member of the Hessen Association and meeting point for professionals and amateurs within a radius of 300 km.

In marketing, we take radical paths: In recent months, we have launched a massive digital offensive with over 30,000 posts and over 1.5 million view contacts. Now we want to take the next step and bring the raw energy from our gym onto the screens. Whoever works for us will be part of an actual success story and works in an extremely dynamic environment.

Tasks

• Content Production at the Gym: You accompany training sessions, events, and our legendary sparring matches with over 100 participants on site in Frankfurt.
• Short-Form Specialist: You produce engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Fast Post-Production: You shoot the raw material (smartphone or lightweight camera setup) and edit it directly ready-to-use (CapCut, Premiere etc.) including trendy audio tracks.
• Closer Exchange: You work directly with the management team together to further develop our digital omnipresence.

Qualification

Mass & Class: You understand that social media lives from high frequency and speed. You deliver reliably and at a steady pace.Aye for Detail: You catch the real vibe – sweat, hard sparring matches, emotions, discipline, and respect.Technique Pro: You know how to get the maximum dynamics out of your smartphone or lightweight camera.Fighting Sport Affinity: You have no problem with a loud, energetic gym atmosphere and know how to set fighting sports strongly in scene.Important: We are not looking for an agency or service provider that spends weeks on a single image film, but makers who give gas
