We are a young, rising company with already over 29 people in the team. Under our roof, we unite four companies and their brands: The MainTea GmbH with Better in Glass (Tea & Spices), the POWAFOOD GmbH with Bubble Pop (Market Leader Bubble Tea) and PRO2BE (chilled protein products), the Good Coco GmbH with Honest Coco (Coconut Water) – and another brand in the Smoothie area is already in the starting blocks.

For our brand PRO2BE, we are looking for someone who doesn't just create content – but lives the brand. You train yourself, know what protein means, and understand the community we want to address. You're the person who stands at the gym in the morning and edits the perfect reel in the afternoon.

Tasks

• You will be the face of PRO2BE – and excite our followers with genuine passion for fitness & protein products
• You are responsible for the entire social media content for PRO2BE – from idea to publication
• You plan and lead shoots independently – before and behind the camera
• You recognize fitness trends early and quickly implement them in strong content
• You edit videos professionally and know what makes a good cut
• You bring authentic energy with you – because you're part of the target group yourself
• You develop formats and concepts that strengthen PRO2BE as a brand in the fitness sector

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in content creation – portfolio or own channel is mandatory
• Genuine passion for fitness, sports, and protein products – no nice-to-have, but a basic requirement
• Safe handling before and behind the camera
• Familiar with editing software – Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or whatever you use
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
• Creative, but structured working style
