Aufgaben

What you do here

In short: You bring Joy_ to the camera. And into people's hearts.

• You work on content concepts with us.
• You create content for performance-based ads based on previously developed ideas and briefings.
• You are responsible for creating and editing your own videos using tools like CapCut or Premiere.
• You work closely with the team to develop Joy_'s social media strategy further.

Qualifikation

You fit in well if you …

• You enjoy and confidently stand in front of a camera.
• You have a good eye for design and have already worked with tools like Canva or Figma.
• You ideally already have content creation experience (perhaps even on your own TikTok or Instagram account).
• You are reliable and enjoy bringing things to a close.
• You're eager to learn in a young startup and grow with it.
• You speak German and optionally English.

• Part-time role (scope flexible, depending on profile).
