Content Creator (m/w/d) - Social Media & Video

We produce and distribute our products according to individual customer wishes – always tailored, as a modern manufacturing and e-commerce company in Germany.

Since its founding in 2013, we have been supplying over 100,000 satisfied customers with individual products each year. Our production is located in Lünen with around 130 employees. A further location with over 20,000 square meters has recently been opened – including a fitness room and sauna for our team.

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) content creator (m/w/d) in Lünen near Dortmund at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

• Development and production of creative content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook & Co.)
• Concept and implementation of video formats – including appearances in front of the camera
• Presentation of our products in authentic, entertaining, and sometimes unconventional formats
• Planning and implementation of content ideas, trends, and campaigns
• Creation and further development of editorial plans
• Independent editing and processing of videos
• Analysis of performance and continuous optimization of our content
• Collaboration with influencers and building new partnerships
• Trend scouting and creative implementation for our brand
• Community management and close coordination with internal teams

Qualifikation

• Very good knowledge in the field of content creation & social media
• Sure presence in front of the camera – you are not only a creator, but also the face of the content
• Experience in video editing and processing
• Creativity, humor, and the ability to think outside the box
• A keen sense of trends, storytelling, and viral content
• Self-assured, communicative appearance
• Initiative and enthusiasm for trying out new formats
