Content Creator (m/f/d)

We are MWX Agency, which manages the social media channels for clients in aesthetic medicine and the beauty industry. Filming is done by me with a smartphone: fast, close to the action, and made for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads. So far, I shoot myself. Because I'm currently very busy, I'm looking for someone in Hamburg to take over.

Tasks

What you will do

• 4-5 fixed shooting days per month at my clients' locations in Hamburg and surrounding areas, more if desired
• Shoot with a smartphone according to briefing and shot list: Reels, short interviews, behind the scenes, product and treatment shots, event content
• Work independently on-site, as I am usually not present. On set, you are my eyes
• Hand over the raw material on the same or the next day, cleanly named and sorted
• Maintain your task cards in Notion: status, links, deadlines

Qualifications

What you bring

• You shoot confidently with a smartphone and have a good sense for light, sound, and framing
• You are familiar with social media content and know what needs to happen in the first two seconds
• Your own current smartphone with a good camera. I can provide a microphone and light for simple content creation if necessary
• Confident, friendly demeanor. You will represent me to doctors and practice teams
• Carefulness with sensitive content: With medical clients, there are strict boundaries, for example, no identifiable patients without consent, no before-and-after shots, and no promises of results. I will explain this to you during onboarding, and you will then ensure it yourself
• Reliability: A canceled shooting day costs a client appointment
• Advantageous: Editing in CapCut or similar, driver's license, English
