As a Content Creator (m/f/d) at Gusti Leder, you will develop creative ideas, produce social media content, and support our team in presenting our products authentically and modernly. 🤎

Your Tasks

🎥 Content Creation

• Creation of photos and videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels

• Planning, shooting, and editing Reels and short video formats

• Creative presentation of our bags, backpacks, and accessories

• Support with photo and video productions

✨ Storytelling & Product Content

• You will be in front of the camera yourself and present products naturally

• You will develop creative ideas for lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes content

• You will show how our products can be used in everyday life

📱 Social Media & Community

• Monitoring current social media trends

• Development of new content ideas and formats

• Support in the further development of our social media presence

• Interaction with our community

What You Should Bring

✨ Enthusiasm for social media, content creation, and digital trends
🎬 Enjoyment of being in front of or behind the camera
📸 Passion for photography, filming, and video editing
💡 Creativity and a good sense for aesthetics and details
📱 Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content formats
🤝 Reliable and independent way of working
🌍 Very good German and English skills

A plus, but not a must:

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools

• Initial experience with social media content or UGC

• Interest in photography, lifestyle, and product presentation

Create a street style/lifestyle Reel in which you present a bag in a natural, fashionable, and authentic way.

The video can include:

• Various outfit combinations

• Styling the bag with a look

• A walk through the city or an everyday environment

• Show how the bag becomes part of a person's lifestyle

Don't forget storytelling with your voice: Tell a short, relatable story around the bag with your voice. Convey to the viewers why the bag fits their lifestyle and let them imagine how they would use it themselves.

What the viewer should understand: The story behind the bag – who it is made for, what lifestyle it represents, and why it becomes an everyday companion.

To ensure the best possible video quality, please observe the following settings during recording:

✅ Video Quality: If possible, always record in 4K resolution at 60 FPS.

This ensures a smoother and higher quality result, especially for Instagram Reels.

✅ Camera Lens: Always ensure that the camera lens is clean before filming.

A dirty lens can cause unwanted effects, blurry areas, or reduced image quality.

✅ Camera: Always record with the rear camera of your smartphone. The

rear camera generally provides significantly better image quality than the front camera.
