Aufgaben

What tasks would you have?

• As a Content Creator (m/w/d), you will work in our cross-functional Lionflence team.
• Considering relevant KPIs and current marketing topics, you will create, maintain, and develop content for our brands and social media channels. This includes our brand like Hiimia.official, an app for influencers and artists
• You will create and develop dynamic creative contents (audio/video/image) for advertising videos, product marketing videos, advertisements, events, and other corporate projects
• You will continuously identify potential for different channels
• You will develop ideas and concepts in close cooperation with eCommerce, Marketing, and PR, and work on the targeted implementation across various channels
• You will work throughout all phases of the production cycle, including script creation, storyboarding, and resource allocation, deadline definition, and selection of optimal media for projects
• You will review and optimize community management of our social media channels
• Designing campaign contents in consultation with the team, taking into account CI- and CC-guidelines
• You will be responsible for video and audio projects: This includes selecting program formats for the final version, capturing/importing media, organizing raw materials, editing film material and audio files, creating and inserting static and moving graphics, titling, adding music/speech notes/SFX, and media management

Qualifikation

You bring this:

• Experience in the field of Content Creator, Online Marketing, e.g. in a digital, social media or PR agency, particularly for content creation and management
• You enjoy being in front of the camera and have fun creating new content
• In your professional career, you have already implemented content for social media channels, brands, or online shops, or were ideally active as a Content Creator (m/w/d) and are therefore familiar with all social media platforms.
• You are comfortable with common editing software like Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere, as well as image editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Gimp, etc.)
• You have already gained experience with professional production equipment, such as cameras, lighting, sound design, pre-production/planning, storyboarding, and photography
• Interest and sense for the latest digital & consumer trends
• Familiarity with all common social media networks and online communities
• Knowledge of working with content management systems and tools required for content creation
• High creativity and motivation
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking,
