Content Creator (m/f/d)

You have a knack for what content works, can not only develop ideas but also implement them yourself, and feel at home on Instagram, TikTok & Co.? Then we're looking for you as a Content Creator (m/f/d) for our team at Creativ Cult.

As a marketing agency, we manage various companies and brands and develop creative, contemporary content for them. We are looking for someone who not only plans content but also produces it themselves – from the initial idea, through photo and video shoots, to the finished post.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of creative content ideas for different clients, brands, and target audiences
• Planning and creation of content for social media, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Production of photo and video content – both at our premises and directly on-site at our clients' locations
• Recording and editing of Reels, short videos, Stories, and other social media formats
• Creation of texts, captions, and suitable messages for different channels
• Editing and post-production of video and image material
• Support in the development of editorial and content plans
• Monitoring of current social media trends and development of suitable ideas for our clients
• Close coordination with our marketing and creative team

What You Bring With You

• Experience in creating social media content – professionally, freelance, or through your own projects
• A good sense for visual language, storytelling, and current social media trends
• Proficiency in handling photo and video
• Knowledge of common editing programs and tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, or comparable applications
• Creativity and, at the same time, the ability to implement content tailored to different companies and target audiences
• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good German language skills and a good feel for language
• Openness to also appearing in front of the camera is an advantage
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is desirable, as content is sometimes produced directly at our clients' locations

A degree or specific training is not decisive for us. Much more important is that you can show us what you can do. Therefore, please send us work samples, your portfolio, or links to social media projects that you have already implemented.
