Content Creator Manager:in (Werkstudent/Minijob/Praktikum) - Instagram (m/w/d)

Hey, I am Philipp, founder of MindElevate. We have developed an app called MindElevate that makes people mentally stronger, a kind of fitness studio for the head. Since the product works flawlessly (more than 10,000 users/average rating 4.8/5*), we need organic reach now. We are already being used by companies and sales partners like UrbanSports or Hansefit, but we also want to directly reach people and encourage them to download.

I am building my personal brand on Instagram and for that, I am looking for you: as a work student or part-time employee, as a creative head for social media and content.

You are not just my execution help. I am looking for my sparring partner for ideas. You think with me, try out, recognize trends before they become big and turn an idea into a reel(-script) that really reaches people. If you love Instagram, have an eye for good content, and want to be part of building a brand from the start, then read on.

Aufgaben

• Ideas develop and think with me, not just implement.
• Formats test and recognize what really works and learn from it.
• Create new, own ideas creatively, rather than copying trends.
• Cut reels in CapCut/Edits/etc. and bring them to life with the right cut, sound, and feel.
• Observe trends, sounds, and formats on Instagram and make them usable for us.
• Use KI-tools like Claude or ChatGPT sensibly to become faster and better.

Qualifikation

• You are Instagram-obsessed. No trend goes by you, and you understand exactly how the platform ticks.
• A genuine creative vein and your own mindset. Exactly that makes the difference, because I've built a Claude agent myself. The question you should answer is: What can you do that no KI can?
• You have a sense for good cuts in CapCut/Edits/etc., music, and what visually looks simple but good.
• You understand quickly, think with me, and work independently.
• You can handle KI-tools or have the right enthusiasm to learn.

👉 We are looking for work students, part-time employees (556€-basis) or interns:in (3-6 months).
