Tasks

• Operative management of selected personal executive profiles on LinkedIn
• Care and strategic development of LinkedIn company pages for our clients
• Content planning, creation, and publication (texts, slides, visual postings)
• Monitoring relevant industry topics and deriving content impulses
• Development of engagement strategies in the areas of thought leadership, employer branding, and product communication
• Performance analysis and reporting (monthly/quarterly)
• Optional: Community management – responding to comments, deliberately increasing interactions

Qualification

• Very good understanding of LinkedIn platform mechanics, algorithms, and best practices
• Able to prepare professional content precisely for different target groups on LinkedIn
• Safe writing in German and English – clear, precise, and with genuine style
• Analytics competence: KPIs, reach building, format, and performance analysis
• Understanding of branding, positioning, and corporate communications
• Experience in social media management – ideally in a B2B context
• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, or Notion is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant working style and reliability in independent work
