Local Stories is a social media agency based in Regensburg. We support regional companies in building and implementing their social media marketing. As a regional partner, we stand by our clients with all services in social media marketing: from strategic collaboration, workshops, and ongoing consulting to a full-service agency – we create more regional visibility for our clients. 🚀

Tasks

This awaits you:

• You plan and accompany photo and video shoots at our local clients' premises.
• You create social content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok with the camera – from product photos to Reels.
• You skillfully stage brands and motifs and ensure a coherent visual language.
• You take over image editing and prepare the material for content planning.
• You act as a professional and confident representative of our agency at the client's site.
• You work closely with our social media team to align shoots thematically with the channels and strategy.
• You keep an eye on current content and platform trends and contribute your own creative ideas.
• You organize appointments, locations, and equipment independently.

Qualifications

This is what you bring:

• Experience in handling cameras and photography, ideally also initial experience in filming (Reels/Video).
• A good eye for visual language, light, and perspective.
• Confident handling of photo/video equipment (DSLR/system camera, lenses, possibly lighting). Basic knowledge of image and video editing (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere).
• Confident, professional appearance at clients' premises.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people, including in front of the camera.
• Organizational talent for shoots: planning, location scouting, timing. A feel for current content trends on Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Reliability and flexibility with changing appointments and locations.
• Ideally, initial experience in content creation for companies.
• Team player mentality and thirst for knowledge.
