Fortisana is our answer to this: a scientifically based all-in-one drink focused on muscle maintenance and an active life. We are at the beginning – and you can help shape how people get to know us.

Behind Fortisana are Piran, Leon, and Max:

• Piran co-founded KoRo and built it into one of Germany's most successful food brands over nine years.

• Leon is a nutritionist and grew up in the world of dietary supplements. His family has been producing dietary supplements in Germany for over 25 years.

• Max has already supported more than six startups and most recently learned at 1KOMMA5° how to turn a vision into an operationally excellent company.

What you will do with us

• You will take over our brand presence on social media. From strategy to creative idea to the finished post, you will develop content with a clear signature.

• You will implement it yourself. You will develop strong hooks, plan shoots, film, and edit short videos – from product shots to interviews to behind-the-scenes glimpses.

• You will learn from the results. You will publish, listen to the community, and use their questions and the performance data of your posts to improve future ideas.

What you bring

• You understand social media. You can tell stories and evoke a reaction from people. Your portfolio shows what you have implemented yourself.

• You have a good feel. For aesthetics, language, timing, and the details that turn a decent video into a really good one.

• You think proactively. You are interested in sports, nutrition, and brand building. You communicate health topics in an understandable and careful way, without exaggerated promises.

• You get things done. You contribute your own ideas and enjoy bringing them to life yourself.

• You communicate confidently. Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing are a prerequisite. You formulate precisely and target-group-oriented in both languages.

• You are on-site. You are in Berlin or willing to relocate here for at least six months.

• You work AI-native and with a demand for quality. You independently test new AI tools and creative approaches and integrate them meaningfully into your workflows. You critically evaluate the results and maintain our quality standards for content, design, and accuracy.

• A plus: Experience with animation or sound design.
