• Independent development of creative ideas and content formats for Instagram.
• Observation of current Food Trends, Pop Culture, and Social Media phenomena and derivation of relevant themes.
• Planning, conception, and implementation of creative content marketing measures on our online channels.
• Production of Reels, Stories, Feed Posts, and Content Pieces.
• Responsibility for your own projects and content formats, including strategic further development.
• Collaboration with other departments: brainstormings, cross-department projects, and campaign content.
• Presentation in front of the camera and representation of the brand as a face.
• Transporting our Brand Story and brand identity both in front of and behind the camera.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics or similar fields is a plus, but non-traditional entrants are also welcome.
• At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably with a focus on Instagram; experiences in digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience in managing a brand account, including content strategy, editorial planning, and community management.
• Creativity, a good eye for aesthetics, and joy in Food – ideas set You visually and textually convincingly.
• Routine in video editing (Reels, Stories) with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or KI-Tools (e.g. Gemini) and confident appearance in front of the camera.
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing.
• Self-motivated, structured, and reliable work style, as well as responsibility for your own projects.
• Strategic thinking, willingness to learn, and openness; team spirit, engagement, and initiative.
• Residence in Berlin or surrounding area and joy in working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
