Content Creator, Brand & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for NO SUGAR FACTORY - low-calorie and protein-rich Cakes & Desserts

We think cakes & desserts anew at NO SUGAR FACTORY: without sugar, little calories, and plenty of protein. Instead of refined sugar, lots of butter, and fat, we rely on natural protein-rich ingredients and modern, low-calorie sweeteners. So, we offer healthier alternatives to traditional sweets – without compromising on taste.

In March, we will open our first bakery and confectionery store in Schöneberg as well as our online shop.

To make ourselves known on Social Media, we are looking for a Content Creator, Brand & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time.

Tasks

• Concept and development of creative content formats (product, story, education, etc.)
• Self-contained content production (photo, video, text, graphics) from idea to posting
• Video editing and design (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Maintenance of our Social Media channels including editorial planning and performance monitoring
• Management of content and marketing projects as well as research, selection, and support of partners and cooperations

Qualification

• Experience in Content Creation & Social Media – through professional experience or own channels
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva; ideally also Photoshop or InDesign
• Sense of aesthetics, visual language, and trends
• Passion for Food & Fitness
