Content Creator & Brand Manager (m/f/d)

We are Aurentum Immobilien – one of the most modern real estate companies in Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate. In addition to classic real estate brokerage, we buy, develop, and renovate properties ourselves, advise owners on important decisions, and are currently building our second location in Regensburg.

You will work closely with our managing director and help to further expand Aurentum as a strong regional brand.

This position is not for people who want to sit at a desk all day. You will regularly accompany our managing director to construction sites, viewings, notary appointments, and exciting real estate projects and turn them into content that reaches thousands of people daily.

Responsibilities

No day will be like the other.

You will be responsible for our entire brand presence and will regularly accompany our managing director in their day-to-day work.

Your tasks:

• Planning and production of content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Creation of Reels, Stories, short videos, and high-quality image material
• Accompanying our managing director to viewings, property valuations, construction sites, notary appointments, and events
• Filming, photographing, and independent post-processing of content
• Development of creative content ideas and new video formats
• Maintenance and further development of our website (Webflow)
• Creation of new landing pages, blog posts, and SEO content
• Support in the marketing of our properties
• Creation of exposé, property descriptions, and marketing materials
• Management of our Google Business Profile
• Support with newsletters and email marketing
• Analysis of our social media and website performance
• Building and further developing our regional brand awareness

You are not just a marketing employee.

You are actively involved in making our brand visible.

Qualifications

What you can do is more important to us – not what certificate you have.

Ideally, you bring the following with you:

• Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
• Passion for photography and videography
• Proficient in using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or comparable programs
• Creativity and a feel for good storytelling
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent and structured way of working
• Organizational talent and initiative
• Enjoy working with people
• Driver's license class B

Advantageous, but not a must:

• Experience with Webflow
• Knowledge in SEO
• Experience with Meta Ads
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or Search Console
• Experience in the real estate sector
